Coming into teaching as a career changer, the best part of the training was how hands on it was. You are not just observing, you are getting stuck in and actually teaching. The course structure worked brilliantly as well. The gradual increase in teaching commitment really supported your confidence and wellbeing. The mentoring was excellent.
